WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was to celebrate the events, programs, and activities that our organization held throughout the 2024-25 academic year and congratulate our graduating seniors.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider this event to have been a success since we were able to highlight many of our programs and opportunities throughout 2024 and 2025 and come together one last time before the end of the academic year.

Our A.S. attendance form seems to have an issue and has not been updated in some time, so I have attached our organization's personal attendance form for reference.

No complications arose during this event other than issues with the A.S. attendance verification form.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We should account for the 3% service charge for using a debit card if we request funding for this vendor again.

We would make no changes to advertisements or promotion.
