HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We had some people show up a bit late and they may not have scanned the form we had and filled it out all the way. This week was also a busy week in terms of finals for many of our members. We will aim to host our event at a better time if possible and be more strict about attendees filling out the attendance form.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This event is an end of year banquet to celebrate the year UBIC just had and all of our members. It's especially for seniors who are leaving the club as they graduate and generally a large event for lots of people to come and socialize.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider the event to have been a success because we were able to congratulate the graduating seniors of our tight knit community and provide recognition as well as lasting memories for everyone attending.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?

We would probably order less food if possible or choose a cheaper vendor, and we would aim to have more games available to play during the event.

We would probably publicize more and use more social media platforms.
