IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a slight difference, I believe we anticipated 40 people but instead got 30. We had about 40 people RSVP but not everyone showed up, so in the future drop the RSVP numbers to anticipate not everyone who RSVPs will attend. Though we felt like the AS Form does not reflect the attendance of 30 we got.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to celebrate the BMES EOTY Celebration with all the officers leaving and entering the next school year.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes! Everyone had a great time and we were able to celebrate the organizations accomplishments at the end of the year.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
This is the first time we reserved the Qualcomm Conference Room. There seemed to be a lot of internet connection issues inside the venue, to where attendees had trouble filling out the AS Form and responses weren't always consistently uploading. For this reason I will submit a few pictures to show that attendance was above 20, and with people entering and leaving, a total estimated attendance of around 30 students occured.

If any complications arose Officer Board would've handled them accordingly.

More advertisement on Instagram and discord specifically.

No specific changes besides advertising on certain platforms sooner.
