IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We think there was a difference because the Jeremiah from Love Island event was the same day and time and many people went to that event instead.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of our event was to introduce the club and what each commitee does. We also introduced what members can get out of the club and some upcoming events that would be happening.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was successful. We had a good turn out and interest in our club. Many people stayed behind to ask questions about how they could get more involved.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We think there was a difference because the Jeremiah from Love Island event was the same day and time and many people went to that event instead.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There was no complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would make sure that we get AV tech in time so its not as last minute. We might change the day of the week GBM is so its not on a friday.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would advertise more in our discord.
