N/A, Event was cancelled. Event was rescheduled to a later date (17th October instead of 2nd October) and no food was present. We are having issues with the system as the vendor we used was removed from AS's approved vendors, and we did not have food for the GBM. We did not spend any money on food and did not receive any compensation. We would like to make sure that we do not run into this problem in the future, and we are submitting this form to make sure that we do not have any holds on our account for future AS-funded events.
