HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The attendance was estimated from number of our members, as well as number of people attending other org's general body meeting as it is our first time hosting intro night. I think there is a small difference in the estimate and actual numbers due to this is our first time to host this type of event

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To introduce TESC to new students and welcome back our council members. It is a chance for us to share our goal, tentative events, and advertise our org.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event to have been a success, a lot of freshmen are interested in becoming a memmber and it is refreshing to meet council members. Discuss what we can do for them this year too.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
The attendance should not differ from what was record on A.S. Attendance form as we asked to checked all to show us their form submission page before they getting food.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If any complication arose during the event, the board member could handle any complications they may faced. I.e. take their names, ucsd email, and class.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
To improve for the next event, better promote and marketing. As well as more activities prepared as Q&A ended earlier than scheduled.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We could advertise it on other social media platform and earlier.
