IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference because many people canceled last minute. To decrease this difference next time, we will send out forms before the event to confirm the amount of people that are set on coming.

The goal of this event was to not only create team bonding throughout the members of the club through various fun activities.

Yes, it was a giant success because a lot of people enjoyed the various activities we have planned out. We also had a lot of great team bonding.

Yes, because a lot of people decided to cancel last minute in coming.
