IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We went based on last year's Fall GBM #1 which was close to the estimated number but because this GBM was held on a Friday, when most people leave campus or are busy with other plans, the attendance ended up being lower than expected.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
It was a general body meeting to get to know all the new members and introduce them to our club's mission and goal and update them on what events are coming up.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
For the most part. Although the attendance was lower than expected, those who did show up had great energy, were interacting with each other, and stayed for the entirety of the event.

Not have big events like a GBM on a Friday or end of the week in general

Keep publicizing on different types of platforms
