WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To introduce Thai Student Union and open floor to prospective members to ask questions about clubs, and socializing

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event to be a success because we estimated accurate number of attendees this time. We were able to meet new people that are interested in becoming our member as well.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
The attendance should not differ from what was record on A.S. Attendance form as we asked to checked all to show us their form submission page before they getting food. If there is a difference, we also have our own sign in sheet.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If any complication arose during the event, the board member could handle any complications they may faced since our sign in sheet also includes their ucsd email, class, and their names.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
To prepare activities resources more as we ran out towards the end. Get a better estimate of participants. Market better.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We could advertise it on other social media platform (i.e. our line groupchat)
