WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
It was to have a social where club members can get to know each other and create friendships and bonds within each other.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes because people were excited to meet each other and most people were talking to each other during the social

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Real attendance was 1 more than recorded on AS attendance, most likely due to someone forgetting to fill the form or not hitting submit

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would publicize socials more on social media platforms to have a greater turnout, so more people can meet each other

Keep publicizing on different types of platforms to keep up attendance
