WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
It was a painting social where members could come chat with each other while painting, so increase excitement, friendship, and bonds amongst members.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we got more attendance that expected, showcasing a lot of interest in members socializing with each other and coming out to events to chat with one another and get updates on other event.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
there were more sign in for AS, perhaps because we enforced AS sign in more strictly and made sure they had it done before getting their boba.

We would more strictly enforce members to sign in through our own club form for more accurate representation
