Yes -- we had a larger turnout than expected. This was unpredictable, it seems that the freshmen this year were super excited to be involved. We try to underestimate attendance so no food/money goes to waste. In the future though, I think we should anticipate more attendance for large Fall events.

Yes! There was a very large turnout, people stayed the whole time, had many interesting questions. People were excited to be there, to learn more about AIChE, and to be inv olved.
The attendance count may vary slightly due to human error in counting the large number of attendees in the room. Also, some people may have scanned the form after the total count was taken.
No complications arose.
We should have requested more funding for food, so everyone had something to eat.
