IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We estimated that there would be less individuals coming to our event because we were a new club and weren't sure about potential turnout. In the future we will use the attendance numbers from this event in order to more accurately gauge interest.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to educate and inform members about our club's mission and current volunteering and leadership oppurtunities.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event to be a success as individuals were interested in our organization and have participated in volunteer events since as well as applied for our open leadership spots.

We are unable to determine if attendance differed from what was recorded on A.S. verification because we cannot access the records of the required A.S. forms, but we are able to provide cross-referencing using the google forms we utilized to register club event attendance.
