IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? 77.5% attendance is higher than last year! We have had less overall but I believe that was due to the fact that there were many other events going on that night so students had a lot to choose from. I believe that we truly tried our best to reach students so this time around it was luck and factors out of our control.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To help students understand our purpose on campus, have a short message, and foster connection between students.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I believe it was quite successful as students stayed until our time with the venue was up well after food and such just to hang out and all the elements of the night went well. Students seemed receptive to the message and the skit.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Attendance from our own volunteer alum staff to run the event would be the only difference as they wouldn't be on the form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Things went quite well overall.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I honestly thought this year was a lot of fun so I think changing everything up entirely for next year.

Maybe more instagram advertising on our main page?
