IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There were more people than we expected, probably because we advertised the event as our mentor/mentee mixer and at our fall GBM so more people heard about it. In the future we can more accurately assess how many people will come by leaving the RSVP form open for longer.

Yes, many students let us know after the event that it had been very valuable. We also had a high attendance and students stayed for the full event.
