Provide prospective and active members with updates on events and activities, as well as meet new people

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, the event was a success because we ad enough food for all attendees and participation in the games. However, some people left right after they finished their food.

No, everyone that attended checked in on the AS form

No complications arose, but there was enough leadership present to prevent any issues

We would make sure that the games are more engaging so that attendees stay for the entire duration of the event
