IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Our actual attendance was slightly less than our expected. This could be a matter of lack of promotion of the envent or busy scheduling with other events that are similar. This could be remedied if we choose a better date with less other orgs that also have events on the same day.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To inspire and inform students on the road to pharmacy and what to expect from the path to becoming a pharmacist.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
It was a success because the guest speaker was very inspiring and the information being put out for everyone at the event was very good

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
The attendance was higher than the recorded A.S. attendance due to some people not being able to fill out the form for the attendance.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The speaker was a bit late but this was worked through and our event still was carried out on time.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would make the AS attendance form more mandatory and also not schedule the event on such a busy day for other organizations.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would promote it more frequently just to keep it in people's minds so they could save the date easier.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
Maybe be a little better on getting the A.S. attendance form results out.
