IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There were more people than expected. We thought that people may not want to show up for our less involved event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To study with peers and to chill out during midterm season. Additionally, general mentoring from officers to other members regarding academics or extracurriculars.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, this event had a higher turnout then we had originally thought and also a lot of people were able to study together and work on their academic or extracurricular stuff.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No, the attendance was the same.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications with this event

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I think we could find a better located room since it we hard to find for some people.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I think we could of posted it on discord a little bit more in advice to allow people to make time in their schedules.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
I think the process of getting the AS attendance forms could be better.
