This is normal, as we cannot possibly predict how many people come exactly.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Our goal is to spread our love for Poker with the UCSD community. We plan on doing so by introducing our plans for what we have in the fall quarter. We want to continue to promote and cultivate the community within UCSD by hosting more events like these.

We consider the event to have been a success, as around the estimated number of people showed up and we reached the purpose of the event.

We would have taken care of them in a prompt manner; there were enough officers who knew what was going on at the event.
