IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a significant increase in attendance compared to our expectations according to our previous outcome. We will increase our expectations of attendance for future events.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to introduce our club and upcoming events to new and returning members. Our members are able to meet the board & other members as they socialize and enjoy the company.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes it was successful as everyone had enjoyed their time mingling and attendance exceeded expectations.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes there was only 42 on the AS attendance verification, however on our record filled on paper there were 55 in attendance. Some of our officers were busy working the event and forgot to fill it out. Some attending members trickled in and did not fill out the form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There was an underestimation of attendance, so food supply was limited.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We will emphasize RSVPing for the event and expecting more turn out.
