IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? yes, since this was a gbm we were expecting a little more people to show up but we were off by 13 people. we can decrease this difference by basing our expected attendance not on last year's gmbs, but instead on the turnouts we are having this year.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
this was a GBM that connected members with previous Grace Hopper Celebration conference speaker and allowed them to ask questions since many of our members are interested in attending this conference as well.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, although the attendance was lower than expected, those who showed up asked a lot of great questions and the speaker was really engaged with the audience, creating a welcoming and open environment that was great for networking.

the event was not on the AS form, I talked to Chris and he said they could waive the requirement.
