IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? A smaller amount of people attended than expected, likely due to not many previous members returning as expected and a decreased amount of advertising than previous years. To decrease the difference in attendance numbers for future events, we could lower the amount of expected students and advertise more through extra tabling.

I would consider the event to have been a success as many people were present and multiple members seemed excited about the organization and are likely going to return.
