HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Our attendance numbers for our first quarter events tend to be pretty large, but generalized to an average between attendance for all our events total for our attendance estimate

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
We wanted to have our event be a brief overview of what our club is for new attendees/members, and a social so we can build together our community.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I think our event was a huge success! We still had a very large amount of attendees by the end of our event, and all of our AS funded items were gone by the end of it.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not have our AS Attendance Form responses so we cannot confirm whether our number is fully correct. Our number of 95 attendees was the amount we counted ourselves.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We would have liked to get a larger area for our event but were unable to book in time to reserve the Bear Room with the Red Shoe Room.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would likely request more items.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We think posting our announcement about the event and a direction guide would have helped.
