WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of our Fall GBM was to introduce students to HMP3.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we consider the event to have been a success because we had a lot more attendees than we anticipated, and a great majority of these attendees were interested in learning more about our org.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Very slightly, because not all of our board members filled out the attendance form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We had too many attendees and reached max capacity in the room we reserved. We had to send a lot of students home.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
In the future, we'll probably book a bigger room like the PC Theater for our GBM, at least for our Fall GBM.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I think we mostly pulled students in through in person advertisements, so we probably wouldn't make too many changes to online promotions. For future GBMs, we could utilize the PC marquees and TVs.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
I feel like it took a long time for us to hear back on our application, but that was understandable because it was the summer and there was a change of staff. I feel like the AS Funding Guide is super helpful, and so far the AVP seems to be super responsive both on discord and over email, which is really nice.
