IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Regarding the budget proposal submitted for our targeted initative, we report that the event was not executed. This outcome was due to a combination of unforeseen circumstances. Primarly, the necessary funding allocation was not finalized, which prevented the procurement of essential resources. Concurrently, our organization underwent signifcant internal restructiong regarding board leadership. Due to these compounding factors the project was cancelled prior to launch. Consequently, no funds were utilized, and no programmatic outcomes are available for review. We look forward to future opportunities once our internal structure is fully stabilized.
