IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? This event was our first event of the quarter and we did a lot of advertising for it, so many more freshmen showed up than we expected.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to introduce our club to new SIO students and help them explore the SIO campus.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I would consider this event to be a great success because we had a very large turnout and a lot of students who seemed very interested in joining our club.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
I don't believe so.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The space we reserved turned out to be too small for the turnout, and we had to have people stand outside.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would order more food and book a larger room.
