IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? This was an insane turnout, we were very happy with this.

PLEASE LIST ALL SOURCES OF FUNDING ASIDE FROM A.S. We did not, but we had to use our emergency bank account to order more food as we didn't expect this many people to arrive.

Yes, due to our teams, attendance, and everyone arriving.

I only think by a few, as a few people did not sign it.
