IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There were a few more students who came than expected, presumably because it was early in the year of fall quarter, meaning the first years were out. In the future, attendance may decrease.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to create a space of community for AAPI-identifying undergraduate students to unwind from the stresses of all college and build connections together.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, everyone who attended had fun and we were able to reach out to our community, acting as a space for students to connect both with us and each other.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
From my knowledge, I don't think it did.

No complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Next event, we want to ensure that attendees are invested in the club so our member retention will be good throughout the year. In order to do that, we'll give more information about what the club is and what we stand for, so people who are interested can learn about it.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Next time, we could post more fun stories to get people interested before the event starts.
