IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference because in the past, we've only had about 40-50 students come out to GBM#1, so that's what we expected for this event as well. However, for our GBM RSVP form, almost 150 people showed interest in coming out, which we were shocked by. Therefore, 3 days before the event, we reached out to our org advisor to help us book a room in the biomedical campus with a capacity of 150 students.

Yes because it exceeded our expected attendance

No, we had all students present who got food fill out the A.S. attendance verification
