IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We expected all of our current members to at least go but due to midterms there was a decrease in turnout. We expect to in the future write that there will be fewer people attending from weeks 4-6.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to listen to our guest panelist from the theme park industry, Scott O'Donell, and learn from him and his experiences in the industry.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
This was a success as we all learned so much from our panelist and were able to network.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
People filled out the A.S. attendance verification if they got boba. There was a person who did not want any boba and thought they did not need to sign it.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
One complication occurred, and that is that a fire alarm ran in Price Center which is where are meeting was held, so we had to evacuate.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would expect fewer members to show up during midterms.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We will better promote our event with what we will be giving out. I think we might not have advertised the boba enough.
