IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We invited many faculty to our event but few responded and showed up. Maybe if more faculty had shown up we would have a better undergrad turnout.

The purpose was for students to get connected with faculty in the department.

Yes, there was a somewhat decent turnout with plenty of professors, and students were able to socialize with any faculty of their choosing.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, students gained insight on the different areas of research and learned how to join labs of their choosing.

For the next event, we could probably do more advertisement

We promote the events the same way each time, with fliers and on our social media. Therefore, I do not believe any adjustments needs to be made on how how we promote the event.
