IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was an issue with the TAP form so we had to cancel the event. In order to reduce these discrepencies in the future we have implemented a new planning oversite system, where the planning committee will meet every weak to plan out a meeting 8 weeks in advance. This will provide us with ample time. The event planning meeting will have a shared drive with the status of the AS funding, TAP, and bought items all public.
