There was an issue with the TAP form so we had to cancel the event. In order to reduce these discrepencies in the future we have implemented a new planning oversite system, where the planning committee will meet every weak to plan out a meeting 8 weeks in advance. This will provide us with ample time. The event planning meeting will have a shared drive with the status of the AS funding, TAP, and bought items all public.
