IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a small difference by our (internally compiled) actual attendance numbers. We could have decreased this discrepancy if we had promoted our event more heavily.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To get students to meet engineering professors and interact with them in a more casual setting.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes: students present interacted with professors and seemed to enjoy the experience.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes; everyone who was present filled out the A.S. attendance verification form, but not everyone filled out our internal attendance form. Numbers for this were pulled from our internal form and are thus less accurate than the A.S. form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Some of our faculty guests were unexpectedly late.

Reminding our guests closer to the date about the commitment.
