IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was about a 5 person difference, the difference was due to advertising reaching more people than expected. We can work to decrease the diffference in attendance numbers for future events by doing an RSVP list and tracking each attendance.

Yes this was a huge success because we maxed out room and everyone enjoyed the event, no issues with food or games.

No I don't believe so we had a check in table manned the entire time and every student who entered had to fill it out in order to get in

More sanitation options for food like making sure everyone wore latex gloves and rationing out food better so people don't run out.

Making more tiktok videos to promote event and more event advertising apart from a simple flyer
