There was slightly less attendance than expected, likely because it was a rainy day and less people wanted to come out late as the meeting was at 8pm. For future events, I could lower the estimate to 35 attendees to account for external factors like the climate.

The goal of the event was to explain about BRASA to incoming members, announce future events and connect students.
I consider the event to be a success as we initiated new active members into their committees of choice, informed everyone of upcoming events which the attendees seemed very excited about and opened the floor for mingling which was filled with conversation, laughter and pizza
Maybe, I don't think I have access to the recorder attendance on the google forms and can't be 100% that every attendee filled it out. If there is a difference it shouldn't be significative given that we presented the attendance QR code twice, to account for late arrivals.
No complications arose during the event
I would time the pizza pickup better as we placed the order a lot earlier than the meeting itself and by the time the attendees got to eating the food was no longer warm.
We only made one post advertising on instagram. I would post 3 stories instead of 1 in the future throughout the week leading up to the event, and maybe also print out flyers to hand out.
It would be interesting to provide the student orgs with the results of the attendance form so that we too have a way to measure not only the turnout but how active the actual attendance is - how well are they engaging?
