IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We didn't have a proper check-in table and it was raining that day so many people may have been deterred from coming or some may have missed filling in the form.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This event is a social event for attendees to mingle and play some games. The games will range from board games to the Nintendo Switch console and some PC setups and our Arcade Machine to play some club games as well.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes because it gave insight as to how many people would realistically be interested in coming to more casual social events so that we can improve upon and run this event again in the future.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No, there might be some people missing as check-in this time wasn't as strictly managed.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The weather warnings and rain scared off many members from coming to the event and we could not safely transport our arcade machine to the venue due to the risk of water damage.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Get a proper check-in table and more activities readily available.
