IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was lower attendance, maybe because some attendees from the first event couldn't attend the second, and it was required to attend the first session to go to the second.

Teach attendees about proximity sensors, and give them hands on experience

Yes, the event was successful as we had active participation in activities, but attendance could've been higher

No, everyone that attended checked in on the AS form

No complications arose, but there was enough leadership present to prevent any issues

We could let people attend only the second session even if they couldn't make it to the first to boost attendance.
