HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We have a larger inductee class then we expected. In the future we can increase predicted attenedence to reflect this.

To encourage social interaction between new inductees and current members.

I consider it to be a success because each new member met a lot of new people and we had a greater attendence then expected.

Organize the serving of the food because the people at the beginning took too much leaving the people at the end with a lot less for the people at the end.
