IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? we had assumed because this was a technical meeting that concerned AI and research, more people would be interested, but perhaps due to timing of the event in week 7, not many people showed up. We will account for this difference in the future by considering midterm season.

Attendance was much lower than expected, which is something we will work on improving, but the content of the event and engagement of those who came was good.
