Saltman Quarterly GBM 1 + Fall Insider Launch Party

We based off attendance using an RSVP form, but several students may have had other sudden events or plans that overlapped, causing them to miss our event, as our RSVP was sent out a few weeks in advance. We could potentially decrease the difference in attendance numbers by gaining more individual responses within our different committees.

The goal of this event was to host an organization-wide orientation to welcome our new members as well as celebrate the launch of our first publication of the year: the Fall Insider.
The event was a great success as we were able to introduce our organization well to the new members and provide them an opportunity to meet other students from the other committees. Everyone truly enjoyed seeing the Fall Insider as well as many students took one for their own.

There were no complications that arose during the event.
The main thing we hope to improve on for the next event is to receive a better gauge for the attendance number.
We will try to promote our event much more on our social media platforms, especially to gain more interaction and engagement within our organization.
