Bit-Byte Allocation
100
The attendance for this event directly corresponds with the number of participants in bit-byte and the number of matches we can make.

The main goal of the event was for bits to find out who their bytes were. To this end, we built anticipation and connection by running hide-and-seek and letter writing stations.
We think the event was a success; we had a really good turn out for attendance, all matches seemed to go pretty well, and everyone had a good time.
The TV in one of the rooms didn’t work, and the TV in the other room was glitchy and kept flashing on and off. This made conveying general information a little bit more tricky, and probably impacted our attendance collection a little bit.
The room layout was probably not the greatest for the format we wanted to do. Because of the walls in between the rooms, you couldn’t see between the rooms really easily, which is not great for an event where you want people to interact with each other. Preferably for next year, a room like QCC can be booked.
It seems like our repeated announcements reminding people to RSVP on Discord were successful, so probably no changed.
