IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Yes, we anticipated less students coming than the actual attendance numbers. We think this is because of our increased efforts to advertise our events this year. In order to decrease this difference in estimation of attendance numbers, the club will anticipate larger turnouts for future events.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To host a space where APAMSA board members and general members could get to know each other better in the context of the club. Hopefully these newfound connections will foster a stronger sense of community and belonging for Pre-Medical APAMSA at UCSD for the remainder of the school year.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, the event was a success. Many students attended and learned about the core elements of the pre-med timeline.

No, attendance did not differ.

No complications arose.

Improvements we would make would be to request more tables/chairs for the larger amounts of people and to anticipate larger turnouts further in advance.
