IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The actual attendance was 27, but I do think people skipped over the acm login even though it was required to get food. Next time if there is a collaboration event, I will stress more for them to make an ACM account and check in properly.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to make keychains while also networking and expanding conversations among students.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event went really well. The room was full. People were introduced to ACM which was something really valuable. I do think this event was a success as people really enjoyed the activity of creating keychains.

One thing I would change is the room booking because it was really out of the way for a lot of people. The way to get to the room also felt unfamiliar.
