IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a slight decrease in attendence (~5 people). I think we were very accurate with the expected attendence

To reveal the families of the mentors & mentees, & bring them together to provide mentorship on shared career goals.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, because all those expected to attend did attend & students were interacting very well with each other.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Very slightly (by ~5 people). I expect this was due to a few last minute time conflicts of expected attendees
