IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Our estimate was at 30 people and we were pleasantly surprised with the turnout, we have actually been seeing larger numbers in general for our events which is exciting and we hope to accommodate by estimating higher attendance for all future events.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to have people come and learn basic AutoCAD as well as learn how to make a nameplate.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was quite a success, the students were unexpectedly fast at learning the software and we ended up improvising an activity for them to do afterwards to stay engaged for the duration.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Unsure, but a written attendance list is also attached to verify the attendance number. The attendance QR code was displayed but I can't reliably say everyone did it.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If anything just that we probably didn't think we'd have enough food, we just told people to first allow everyone to get a piece first and it all turned out fine in the end.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Hopefully just making more preparation for if planned activities end early, as well as accommodating a higher amount of attendees.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I found our advertisement for the event to be good, we just had a bit of trouble with food ordering details towards the end and our marketing just said free food but not what food because we weren't sure yet, otherwise it all went well.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
I really appreciate that you guys cut the deadline from 7 weeks to 5, it makes things a lot less stressful overall for everyone at least on our side.
