IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was almost no difference. We estimated 80 people in attendance and we had 79.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to showcase our hard work over the Fall quarter learning music, and to showcase our members' singing voices, while also providing a free performance and a night of fun for members of our UCSD community.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we consider it a success because all of our members had a great time performing on stage, and all of the attendants at our concert also told us that they really enjoyed watching us sing. The funding was used to pay for our AV Tech fees, and we were happy with the services we received from the AV technicians. They provided microphones and made sure our audio was properly balanced throughout the whole performance.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not believe there was a significant difference from what was recorded on the AS Attendance Verification form. If there was a difference, it may have been only 1 or 2 people. This is because we had a few people who arrived after the performance started. By this time, all of our group members were on stage, so there wasn't anyone welcoming additional audience members and enforcing the rule to scan the QR code. We also reminded all attendants at the end of the concert to make sure that they scan the code, but there may have been a small amount of people who forgot to scan it before they left.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not have any complications arise during the event.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
To improve for the next event, we would likely try to practice our music more outside of rehearsal hours so we could put on a better performance for our audience. We would also try to advertise more, so that hopefully we could have a larger turnout at our next concert. Lastly, we might try to have someone stay at the front during the performance to ensure that all attendants fill out the AS Attendance form.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would try to advertise earlier and ask more of our members to advertise the show to their UCSD friends. We would also look into advertising in new locations, including Price Center or on Library Walk.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
I have no feedback. The application was very easy to fill out and we had no issues with our funding request.
