IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Difference might come from people who forgot to sign up through the QR code, however, we did announce them to do so two times. In addition, we had them sign a physical form from RAZA.

Connect students with professor. Gain a connection and learn more about what led to one becoming an academic.

Yes the event was successful, we had the amount we predicted come to the event. In addition, the professor was satisfied as well.

If it does differ, we have the supporting document listed below with 15 people signed in. One was not a UCSD student so that might contribute towards a difference.

No complications arose. If they did occur we would have provided other services among the RAZA resource centro.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Everything was good, however, maybe an additional beverage would''ve been nice such as hot chocolate.
