IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? A few people forgot to fill out the form so next time, I will make sure to check every one filled out their form before getting food. Also, it was right before finals season so a few people who RSVP'd did not show up. I will perhaps choose a different time of the quarter so that more people can participate.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
It was a social for coaches to bond with each other and to invite other interested students to interact with the current coaches.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes. There were a lot of people who have never even met each other and everyone seemed to get along pretty well.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes. A few (3) people forgot to fill out the form so next time, I will make sure to check every one filled out their form before getting food. I did not take any photos with the coach's faces in it but next time I will make sure to get one to provide evidence.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
none

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would like to include a vegetarian option. Although we had the veggie spring rolls, it would be more inclusive to have a spring greens options.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
The event was only advertised to members of our club and it worked out pretty well so I will continue to use Slack as our main channel for advertisement.
