IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there was a difference between it was during finals (week 10) season and we did not do enough promoting.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to allow members a space to study and relax for finals week.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, I think it was a success because everyone got to study for exams and someone won a Sonny Angel as well!

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
It slightly differed. We had two attendance forms, so some people might have only scanned one.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not know how the projector worked at first, so we struggled to turn it on.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would promote the event more as we could’ve had more attendance
