IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there wasn't a difference in the estimated and actual attendance numbers.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to promote community and a greater understanding of Filipino culture for members both within and out of the AAPI community.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I would consider the event to be a success because we were able to share Filipino culture through food and film, and we interacted with our community members.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
From my knowledge, I don't think it did.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If complications arose we would have handled it best we could, and if it was more than we could handle we would have contacted a higher up.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Next event, we would hold it during a less busy time to improve attendance, and we would generate more publicity through advertising.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would post our announcement on social media sooner so more eyes can see it.
